Humanities research in Taiwan: A retrospect

Omnibus chronological reviews covering in principle the period beginning with the retrocession of Taiwan but makes rooms for adjustment within individual disciplines. Each area-specific review has a maximum length of 1,000,000 words. Actual length of final report is determined by individual project directors in consultation with one another to avoid overlapping sub-areas. Reviews are target-centered rather than researcher-centered.
