1. Director

The HRC Director is jointly appointed by the NSC and National Taiwan University
Porfessor Hsiu-Fang Yang is the present director.
2. The Executive Committee
The Executive Committee directs the Center’s operations and activities. The Committee is made up of regular members and elected members. Elected members serve a 3-year term and are jointly appointed by the HRC Director and the Humanities and Social Sciences Department of the NSC in consultation with specialists from various fields. Regular members include the Dean of Liberal Arts, Coordinator of the Humanities and Social Sciences Department of the NSC, Director of the NTU Library, and the HRC Director. Regular members serve a concurrent term with their original appointment.
3. Part-time Researcher
Helps with project development, information service, and academic exchange.
4. Post-doctoral Researcher
Each year HRC appoints 7 domestic and international post-doctoral researchers in the humanities (including but not limited to the following fields: Chinese Literature, Linguistics, Foreign Literature, Historiography, Philosophy, and Art). Application must be received between May 15 and June 15. Appointment begins on August 1 and ends on July 31 of the following year. All applications will be reviewed by the Executive Committee.
5. Administrative Staff
Supports routine administrative tasks, research, accounting, and technical assignments.
